Ram senior Jackson Morton competed in the 110 meter hurdles at the Drake Relays Friday. Morton placed second in the preliminary race, with a personal record time of 14.60 second. He advanced to the finals, where he placed seventh with a time of 14.96.
The Rams 4 x 100 meter relay raced on Saturday morning. Camden Strennen, Morton, Bryce Stalder and Jesse Miller took 81st in the prelims with a time of 45.37.
Also on Saturday morning at the Drake Relays, the Greene County girls 4 x 100 meter relay, composed of Olivia Shannon, Katrina Heupel, Natalie Heupel and Bella Schroeder, ran in the preliminary race. The girls ran their season best race at 52.40 seconds, earning them 76th place out of 96 teams in the event at the relays.
